Meditation Point

Meditation Point is one of the features of Kawayan Cove. You can sit for hours watching the sun go down, fishing boats passing by or just listening to the 'sound of silence'! You will be amazed at the fact that those big boulders are part of a rosary. Feeling energetic you can hop from one stone to another while praying!

Our little friends from the sea!

A couple of years back, one of security guards saw a big turtle emerging from the water to crawling on the sand. He observed it from a distance. He noticed it was digging a whole in the sand. He knew not to disturb it, as she was making a 'nest' to lay her eggs! Look at the 'cuties'!
We googled the turtles and found out they are Olive Ridlys, an endangered species! Also that the 'mama' turtle, some 30 years ago was 'born' in Kawayan. When they mature, they are programmed to come back where they were 'born' to lay their eggs! Isn't that amazing?

A cove all your own!

The beach hugged by two promontories, create a safe haven for swimmers!

Summertime!

When summer comes, the sea is calm and the sun shines in all its glory! Dip into the cool water and feel the warmth of the sun in your face!

Sunset to a new beginning!

One of our wedding held in the beach was timed for the sunset!

Beach Wedding

One of the weddings we had by the beach, was very touching. Vows recited with the sound of gentle waves breaking unto the shore, faint music wafted through the whole cove.
